Our mission is to assist African American farmers and other under-served farmers/gardeners maintain and create sustainable farms and spaces to grow food and motivate the next generation of farmers to grow sustainably and with the community in mind.
Promote the sustainability and legacy of Black farmers as well as sprout the next generation of small farmers.
Document and disseminate farm history to advance the public's understanding of the important roles of Black farmers.
Improve the access to urban food markets including schools, restaurants, and individual consumers for Black and other underserved farmers.
